At ESR, our scientists recognize the importance of communicating their knowledge and their passion directly with the public. Outreach and education are therefore integral parts of our efforts.

Educational Programs
Earth and Space Research – Summer Institute (ESR-SI)
A four week course aimed at engaging high school students in research in the geosciences through mentored research projects.

Density and the Oceans STEM Exhibit
ESR scientists have developed a fun hands-on exhibi that we take to schools, stem fairs, and festivals to teach kids about this amazing part of our planet
We also share our experiences through our online photo galleries, fieldwork journals, and public talks in schools and other venues.
