Earth and Space Research was happy to be part of Read-a-Rama’s May ocean-themed E-camp last Saturday. Camp Read-a-Rama is a non-profit that uses books for children and young adults as the springboard for it’s program activities. Susan Howard (ESR) gave a 30-min interactive presentation on the oceans, what it means to be an oceanographer and how we study them. It is always great to engage with children and spark their interest in learning about the oceans.
